7. Renewal: Hosting services are automatically renewed annually. It is the client's responsibility to cancel hosting in writing before the renewal date (one year from inital order or purchase and annually on that date in subsequent years).

Where we have been instructed that a domain should not be renewed we will contact the registrant during the 30 days prior to the expiry date of the domain to remind them that the domain is due to expire.
